Why taking breaks makes you better at languages???
ever notice how everyone's obsessed with 'daily practice' for languages?? like yea consistency helps but tbh my brain starts melting if i force myself to study every single day.. imo stepping back lets your brain actually process stuff without burning out.. i swear i picked up more vocab during my 2 week hiatus than the whole month before.. am i the only one who learns better by going hot and cold??
