All-Grain vs Extract Brewing: Which Yields Better Flavor?
I've been experimenting with my home brew setup and I've come to a realization: all-grain brewing is superior to extract brewing when it comes to flavor profile. The control over grain bills and mashing temperatures allows for a level of customization that extract brewing simply can't match. I've done side-by-side comparisons of the same recipe using both methods and the all-grain batches consistently produce a more complex and balanced flavor. I'm not saying extract brewing can't produce good beer, but if you're serious about taking your brewing to the next level, it's worth considering the switch to all-grain. Anyone else have experience with both methods?
