Do you guys always plan routes?
I've been backpacking for a while now and I've noticed I rarely plan my routes. I just kinda go with it, see where the trail takes me. Is that weird? I feel like most people have their whole trip mapped out before they even start. I've had some close calls with weather and stuff but it's all worked out so far. Do any of you just wing it or am I the only one?
