I've been going through my recent travel photos and noticed I've taken a lot of similar shots. Like, I'll take 5-6 photos of the same scene, just with slightly different compositions or focuses. I'm wondering if this is a normal thing to do or if I'm just being really indecisive. I mean, I know it's better to have more options when editing, but at the same time, it feels like I'm wasting space and time. Anyone else do this? Do you find that taking lots of similar shots helps or hinders your photography process?
