Frustrated with my music production skills, or lack thereof

I've been trying to get into music production for a while now, but it's just not clicking. I mean, I love music and I've always been fascinated by how songs are made, but every time I try to create something myself, it sounds terrible. I've watched tutorials, read guides, and even tried to follow along with some online courses, but I just can't seem to get the hang of it. I'm starting to feel like I'm not cut out for this. Anyone else ever feel like they're just not good enough at something they love? Maybe I'm just expecting too much of myself, but it feels like everyone else out there is producing these amazing tracks and I'm just stuck in a rut. I'm not even sure why I'm posting this here, I guess I just needed to vent.
