Help: Debugging failed boot on Ubuntu 20.04 with grub-efi-amd64 on a Dell XPS 13
I've been struggling to get my Dell XPS 13 to boot into Ubuntu 20.04 after a recent update. The error message I'm seeing is 'error: no such device: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX'. I've tried reinstalling grub-efi-amd64 and running update-grub, but nothing seems to be working. I'm starting to think it might be a problem with my EFI partition, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it further. Has anyone else run into this issue? I've been using Linux for a while now, but this has me stumped. I've been exploring some abandoned buildings in my free time, but this problem is really taking up all my energy. Maybe someone with more experience can point me in the right direction.
