Help: Sous Vide Machine Overheating with Certain Apps on my Samsung Galaxy S22

I've been having some issues with my sous vide machine when I'm trying to control it through certain apps on my phone. Specifically, the Anova app seems to cause my device to overheat after about 20 minutes of use. I've tried closing all other apps and background processes, but it still happens. Maybe it's just a bug with the app or my phone's thermals? I've also noticed that the Joule app doesn't seem to have this issue, so it might be specific to the Anova software. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22, if that matters.
