i think the league should flip this idea
im tlking abot promoted teams in leagues, obviously theyre gna suck rn cause promoted teams dont hv a full transfer window like they have in mlb. but this whole idea where teams at the botty are always gna go full sell all their top players for survival bc money. and then it creates a death spiral where teams keep selling and falling and not rebuilding right? it actually just makes the teams at the bottom worse long term. better system would be cap on % of sell off and invest it back into the lower teams, help grow the league instead of gutting yourself to survive. obviously there will be outliers, just saying the system is broken as far as financial structure for developing talent. 98% of people will go hmm but i still say give talent some shot to stay instead of selling to get temporary breathing room. anyway
