imo mainstream media is misleading on refugee crisis
tbh rn it seems like every time theres a big influx of refugees the media focuses on the 'chaos' and 'backlog' without really explainin the root causes or how its not a zero sum game like yeah theres logistical issues but thats not the whole story people act like its a simple matter of 'let them in or not' without considerin the politics and econ that drive people to leave in the first place it's not that simple
