Minimalist burger joints
I've been thinking about this a lot lately... what makes a burger joint truly minimalist? Is it just about having a small menu or is there more to it? I mean, you can have a place with only a few options but still have a ton of clutter and decorations everywhere. Or you can have a place with a lot of options but still manage to keep things pretty simple and clean. So what's the key to a minimalist burger experience??
