struggling with flip turns
so i was swimming laps yesterday and my flip turns are really inconsistent rn, sometimes i come out of the turn with a decent pace but most of the time i feel like im losing all my momentum, idk if its my timing or my body position thats off, does anyone have any tips on how to improve this? i feel like im doing everything right but its just not clicking lol
