Tattoo mistakes vs embroidery slip-ups ever feel this way?

I remember a few tattoo artists saying they never sketch things out first because it 'gets lost on the skin'. That always bugged me more than I probably let show. Like, when you make a mistake in embroidery (hello, thread snags, color mixups) you can still fix it. But with inks it’s like, did a dumb and stuck forever. Maybe I just worry through things too much, but there’s something about trusting the needle not to wander off like a drunk line that gets me. Anybody else struggle with the pressure of zero correction?
