Why do I keep overcorrecting Japanese pitch in Anki? Need advice on bad pronunciation habits

Spent 200+ hours drilling Japanese Anki decks and now my pitch accent patterns are worse than a tourist's. Every time I hear a native sound like 'saké' with the stress on the wrong syllable, I physically cringe. How do you avoid becoming a linguistic perfectionist who can't speak naturally anymore? My brain treats pitch like algebra equations - either it's 'correct' or it's garbage. Should I just start speaking wrong on purpose to break this habit? Bonus points if you've survived Duolingo's pitch hell and still sound human.
