#career burnout

I feel like I've been putting in so much extra effort at my job lately, and honestly, I'm starting to feel pretty drained. I mean, I love my role and all, but it's like I'm constantly running on a treadmill and getting nowhere. Does anyone else feel like that? Maybe I'm just not managing my time well or something. I don't know, it's just nice to know if other people are going through the same thing 🤔
