However, even with a big battery, it's still possible to run out of juice if you're not careful. To optimize battery life, I've started using a few different strategies. First, I make sure to turn off location tracking when I'm not actively using the app. I also try to keep my screen brightness turned down, which can make a big difference. Additionally, I've started using a portable battery pack, like the Anker PowerCore 20000, to give my phone a boost when I'm out in the field. One thing I'm still trying to figure out is how to optimize my phone's settings for climate monitoring. For example, should I be using a low-power mode, or is that going to interfere with the accuracy of my readings? I've also heard that some phones have a 'high-precision' location tracking mode that can be more accurate, but also more battery-intensive. Has anyone else had experience with this?
