#crochet

So I was making a small scarf last night and the yarn decided to become a snarl. got a tight 7/10, I meant 7/10 but it feels like 100/100 when I pull on it and it's all twisted. Had to cut a big chunk just so I could reheat and spin it again. Maybe I'm too lazy to pre-warm? I'm just done—anyone else know a trick to keep yarn from going to war with me?

so i'm working on this crochet blanket and i just can't seem to get the tension right. i've been crochetting for a while now, but this particular project is just giving me a hard time. i've tried using different hooks, different yarns, but nothing seems to be working. i've even watched some videos and read some tutorials, but i still can't get it just right. it's really frustrating because i know it's something simple, but i just can't figure it out. has anyone else ever had this problem? any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated
