how to avoid overtraining in mmorpgs
i feel like rn im spending too much time grinding in my fave mmorpg and its affecting my irl running routine lol maybe someone has some tips on how to balance gaming and exercise? im trying to get into a consistent running sched but i keep getting sucked into raids and stuff
