Can't shake the feeling something's off with the latest redistricting algorithm. Model 7.3 from the Census Bureau's GIS suite— they call it "Dynamic Equilibrium"— keeps reclassifying PA-7 and OH-12 from toss‑ups to safe seats overnight.
