I’m working on a 2005 Honda CRF450, and the carburetor needle is backordered everywhere I’ve checked. The usual supplier says it’s tied up in customs delays from the factory in Thailand. I’m considering reaching out to Canadian or EU suppliers, but I’ve never dealt with international parts before. Does anyone have experience with this? What about compatibility issues with non-US-market components? Also, are there aftermarket alternatives that work reliably? Shipping costs and lead times are a concern, so I want to plan carefully. Any advice from those who’ve navigated this before?
