Why does meditation feel so... different lately?
I’ve been meditating 20 mins daily for months... but lately it feels like my brain is fighting me?? Like static in the background... or a weight behind the eyes. Not painful but weird. Any neuro folks here track physical changes in the prefrontal cortex? My friend swears her ‘clarity’ peak correlates with amygdala shrinkage... but how would that actually FEEL in practice? Asking because I bought a $300 EEG headset and need validation before I graph my alpha waves.
