So I finally managed to finish that one impossible side quest in Starfield last night, and the next morning the game decides to wipe my entire save after the latest patch. I didn't even notice the "auto‑backup" thing until it was too late. Anyone else lost hours of progress because the devs thought they'd "fix" something? Feels like a cheap way to force us to start over. What the hell were they thinking??

Just spent an hour grinding a match only to watch the FPS tank like an old dial-up connection after the latest patch. The devs claimed they 'optimized latency,' but what they actually did was yank the health regen timer and slap a new UI overlay that eats half a GPU core.

Meanwhile, the matchmaking queue doubled, and the only thing smoother than the new menu is my frustration. If the goal was to make the game feel like it's running on a potato, congratulations, you nailed it.

Anyone else getting the same performance dump? Or is it just my rig finally deciding it's too lazy to pretend everything's fine?
