my chili feels like a proxy war—anyone else?
so i was simmering this beef chili rn and the flavor just... like a deadlock between two superpowers lol. i tossed in cumin like a diplomatic envoy but the heat still feels stuck in a stalemate. anyone got tips to break the tension? maybe a splash of something spicy to tip the balance? tbh i think a dash of chipotle could be the nukes we need
