Nikon D850 vs Canon EOS 5D Mark IV: Which Full Frame DSLR is Better for Studio Photography
I've been using the Nikon D850 for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game changer for my studio photography work. The 45.7 megapixel sensor, combined with the excellent autofocus system, has allowed me to capture some truly stunning images. However, I recently had the chance to try out the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, and I was impressed by its ability to handle high ISOs with minimal noise. The Canon also has a more intuitive interface, in my opinion, with a more responsive touchscreen. But when it comes to dynamic range, I think the Nikon D850 still has the edge. I've noticed that the Nikon is able to capture a wider range of tones, from the brightest highlights to the darkest shadows, without losing any detail. The Canon, on the other hand, tends to struggle a bit more with blown out highlights. I've also noticed that the Nikon's autofocus system is more accurate, especially when using the 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. So, for studio photography, I think the Nikon D850 is still the better choice. But I'd love to hear from others - have any of you had experience with both of these cameras? Which one do you prefer, and why?
