anyone else remember s02e05 of the newsroom where they flash that 2021 q3 gdp forecast chart? that whole “real‑time rstar” model had me geeked out but honestly i felt it was just filler to make the plot sound “econ‑heavy” why didn’t they actually reference the feds mpc minutes? feels like a cheap nod to macro nerds rn im not hating, just curious if anyone saw deeper meaning or was it just tv‑writers throwing random numbers? any thoughts?

I'm getting so tired of TV shows ending their seasons on ridiculous cliffhangers. I just watched the latest episode of my favorite show and they left us hanging with no resolution whatsoever. It's like they expect us to just forget about it for months until the next season starts. I know it's a way to keep us interested, but can't they just give us some closure? I'm still fuming about the ending of last season and now they're doing it again. Does anyone else feel like this??

i was watching this tv show last nite and they had this whole episode about the kids growin up and they used the vtech 80-142100 kidizoom camera in like every flashback scene or whatever. im pretty sure they use the same camera in every tv show when they wanna show a kid takin pictures or vidios or whatever. is this just me or does every show use the same prop lol
