i'm after spots that use things like nitrogen flash‑freeze, sous‑vide Precision Cooker 800, or Thermomix TM6 to pull off “cosmic” dishes – think black truffle espuma that looks like a nebula, caviar of the cosmos, etc.

preferably with a legit view of the night sky or a small dome/planetarium setup. also curious about any chefs who reference Hubble images in plating.
