Just spent an hour trying to send some ETH and thegas prices are killing me. Was going to make a small transfer but the fees are pretty much the same as the amount I'm sending. Makes no sense. Anyone else having this issue?

BSC adopting Ouroboros‑Casper for finality in Q3 2024—someone has me wrong
I just saw a blog claiming BSC will roll‑out Ouroboros‑Casper in Q3‑2024 They say epochs run in slot‐leaders elected by VRF, finalised once cumulative slot weight hits ⅓. Sounds absurd to me—BSC is still stuck on Aura‑style delegated‐PoS with block rewards, not a Proof‑of‑Stake with a stake‑weighted finality layer.
White papers, docs and even the road map never reference Ouroboros anywhere. Anybody? Please correct me if I’m mistaken.
