Help: i messed up a #40 needle line on my first client after a small mistake in bevel placement

i messed up a tattoo today and it got me pretty raw rn

so yesterday i was working on a 2" oval in the middle of the client’s left shoulder. i used a standard 12 mm #40 round block for the fill, but after i set up the stencil i clipped it down a little too low to the skin. that 1‑mm error sent the first row of needles straight into a shallow groove and made an uneven dark seam. i almost cured it, but in the heat of the moment I didn’t fix it right away – just told myself i could patch it after i finished the background.

fast forward to the show: i slipped over an extra shade of black to smooth the gap, but the pigment went deeper, bleeding along the grain. the final look ends up a muddy halo instead of that crisp round look i promised. the client is kinda fussy and i have 1 more hour to fill the area before we go home

often i’ll do a deep clean but this time the powder in the needle kept flaking it. my clients know they see my art the next day when that halo blooms

everth the usual talk, so i’m telling the truth. my main mistake? failing to keep a tight bevel check when prepping the 12‑mm blade, so the undercut went through. no magic fix for that one stroke. I need a second opinion on whether i have to redo the whole oval or just patch the edges. it’s a tiny mistake but i hate letting a slip‑up stick the brand on a first gig

anyone ever run into that situation? how did you salvage a similar slip without calling it a full redo??

oops i messed up with a tattoo design

i thought the logo was just a cool pattern but actually it’s a sacred symbol from an indigenous tribe tbh i totally slipped on the research and now i’m stuck with an awkward tattoo i’m debating to peel it off any advice from real ink‑experts about fixing this huge mistake…??

binge watching: the newest form of human abysm

lol tbh binge watching turned lazy brains into slaves of cheap free shows wtf am i missing

every season drops two months ago for a second that lasts 5 minutes so we waste whole weekends scrollin’ through thumbnails like a scavenger hunt

and the only real drama i see is people shouting at the TV that “this series is worth it” while you’re actually skipping the same 4‑min recap in the background

who else tired of paying $15 a month and never binge any season before the 30th day mark???

why do you love shows with the crappiest pacing bro

tbh the worst show ever i watched still has better flow than half the netflix series released rn.. someone need to stop trying so had to be trendy and make actual shows with proper runtime and narrative.. 7 episodes per year for what ???
