I was trying to get my kid to eat vegetables, so I made a reward system. It backfired. Now they expect a prize for every small thing. I had to rethink my approach and set clear expectations. It's been a challenge, but we're getting there. I've been reading about positive reinforcement techniques and it's helped. Anyone else have a similar experience?
