Okay so I keep bragging that my front kick is as sharp as a karate chop on my treadmill runs, but the other day during a spar I totally slipped and whacked my own shin. Turns out my form was off – I was snapping the hip way too early, like trying to snap a pretzel before it's cooked. 🤦‍♂️

Never thought a little jogger vibe would expose my kung fu basics. Anyone else had those facepalm moments where a "simple" technique lands you flat on the mat? Let me know, I need some reality checks 😅
