i feel like i've been reusing my yeast for a bunch of batches and i'm wondering if that's something others do too? i've been brewing for a bit now and i've just been rinsing and re-pitching the same yeast... maybe i'm just being lazy but it seems to be working ok so far? 🤔 anyone else do this or am i just asking for trouble?

I'm thinking of trying out a new brew and I'd love some recommendations. I've been playing around with different hops and yeast strains, but I'm not sure what to do next. Maybe something with a bit of citrus flavor? I've been experimenting with my current setup and I'm pretty happy with the results, but I want to try something new. Anyone have a favorite recipe they've tried recently? I'm all ears! 😊

But anyway, I was wondering what you guys think about writing in the margins of books. I mean, some people swear by it, like it helps them engage with the material more, while others think it's sacrilegious. I've done it before, but only with books I don't plan on selling or passing down. What about you? Do you annotate your books or keep them pristine? 🤔
