Podcasts exploiting cold cases again.
The latest 'True Crime' podcast series is doing that thing where they act like they know what happened in the Sarah Smith case from 1995. The facts are like 80% conjecture but they present it like a solved mystery. Real cringe. It's not just irresponsible, it's adding pain to the families who already don't have closure. When did the community become so okay with this? I'm not saying no one should cover these cases, but the lack of due diligence is exhausting. Are there better resources people are using to avoid this garbage? The ones that don't turn real trauma into content?
