Does personality really stabilize with age or is it just social masking?
I feel like everyone I know in their 30s+ acts like they’ve ‘found their groove’ but I can’t shake the idea that it’s just getting easier to hide the chaos. Like, sure, maybe you learn to keep your wild self tucked away for adulting… but does the core change or does it just go undercover? I’m staring at my 35th birthday and wondering if ‘adulting’ is just a fancy word for ‘good at poker faces.’ Thoughts? 🎩
