therapy group ran forever and i ended up fried
so the group chat went on for like an eternity last night and i actually lost my caffeine lol i was only there to get quick tips on self care but it felt more like a 2 hr marathon 💤
i asked my therapist about setting limits and the admin said no restrictions and kept looping. the noise level + too much eye contact with strangers made me want to hop off. i know everyone is in different place but does someone else feel like every session is a marathon?? it s kinda draining, I know
feel like i'm paying attention to the thread that doesn't exist and just do an autopilot reply that actually takes an hour. is this the new norm for online therapy?? maybe i should just head to the gym instead??
i know it's silly, i'm just over here with two texts at a time but... any advice on setting boundaries during a session? also for sure worth sharing to anyone who wants a break??
