crushed that 7 minute pitch
just shared my tiny hydro research at coworker lunch. i froze for like 10 seconds there... but then remembered the breathing drill (3 in, hold, 2 out before i started) and the whole thing smoothed out. funny thing is i wasn't nervous by the end — felt kinda detached from myself listening? if anyone's gotten that flow-state vibe mid speak let me know.
