Let’s cut to it I bought what I thought was a vintage Action Man figure last week. Paid a chunk for it too, feeling all proud about my ‘sharp eye.’ Shuffled boxes of old comics to find it in his original packaging, cool ’80s box art and all. But after a quick deep dive into the box’s tiny print, let me tell ya—it’s a 2013 reissue for a collector line. My bad.

I feel like an idiot, but it’s hard not to get excited these days. The paint’s faded, the plastic feels retro, but the details just don’t add up. Maybe someone here has resell tips or better ways to sniff out fakes? Not sure I’ll ever trust eBay listings after this 😅
