Any advice from small claims veterans for a first-timer?
Had car work gone bad...? Total estimate vs. hourly plus parts...? They took almost exactly an hour and didn't mention parts at all before doing repair. Have documentation?? Should I call first and then file?? How likely is either option to result in getting my cash??
