Frustrated with bank's 'budgeting tools'
I just spent 20 minutes trying to set up my bank's new budgeting tool and I'm still not sure how it works. They keep sending me emails saying I can 'track my spending' and 'set financial goals' but every time I log in, it's like they expect me to already know what I'm doing. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm starting to think it's just a way for them to collect more data on us.
