should i add citrus peel to my pilsner kettle? any brewers swear?
idk hitting the boil w/ orange peels feels strange lmao did i misjudge? many a brew?? gonna wait tmr 2 hrs saw something about citrus kinks that can lead to haze if leftover mash temperature low and boil to the limit i think so r brewtos what is a sane number here? was the citrus allowed? im a rookie it might help a note only once a month okay
