Why does every bike rack at the park have a missing bolt?
Just got back from a night ride and tried to lock my bike at the usual spot. The rack was half‑rusted, one of the bolts was gone and the whole thing wobbled like a cheap folding chair. Had to leave the lock dangling and hope for the best. Anyone else dealing with these half‑finished racks? Feels like the city wants us to bike but can't be bothered to actually maintain the basics.
