Struggling with proper alignment in the hundred—any tips?

I've been trying to nail the hundred but my lower back keeps aching. I thought I was doing it right, but maybe my form's off. Any of you have tips or common mistakes to watch for? I'm using a mat and following online videos, but it's hard to tell if I'm aligned properly.
