tbh, im having trouble understanding how the spindle fibers attach to the centromeres during mitosis rn, can someone explain it to me in simple terms? i feel like im missing something obvious lol

tbh, just spent hours trying to get my podcast levels right and i still cant seem to get it just right lol im using the same software i always use but for some reason its just not cooperating rn anyone else have days like this?
