intermittent fasting for weight loss actually work?
so ive been trying to lose some weight and a friend suggested intermittent fasting imo it sounds kinda sketch but at the same time ive seen some people swear by it rn im on the fence about it does anyone have any actual experience with it? what are the pros and cons? i dont wanna just jump into something without knowing what im getting myself into...
