Help: My K9’s new agility training kit Model X-3000 shows latency issue

Got the X-3000 kit, but the latency between sensor array and the timer is off...

I was thrilled to finally assemble the full setup: sensor array, infrared trigger, GPS tether, hydraulic shock absorption.

The kit’s specs promise < 50 ms sync, yet I’m seeing ~120 ms lag.

Any tips on calibration or firmware tweaks?

Also, any other clubs using the X-3000? I'd love to compare notes.
