so i was stuck at a red light and my mazda 3 started humming like a low key rap beat lol i kinda made up a quick rhyme on the spot... 'idle vibes, engine sighs, waiting for green, my heart's on screen' anyone else get weirdly creative when traffic drags?? share yours or just vent about the stall issue

tbh so i was cruising downtown this morning and every time i hit a red light the engine just dies for a sec lol... i tried resetting the idle but same thing... is it the coil packs or maybe the throttle body? tbh i’m kinda nervous to post cause i don’t want to sound dumb lol any tips would be appreciated??
