Set up my first cold brew system this week (Toddy), and I'm stuck on which beans to use. Tried a medium roast from my local roastery—tasted more bitter than bold. Also tried a light roast that was kinda underwhelming. Anyone got a fav bean that’s a game-changer for cold brew? Looking for something smooth with a bit of kick. Bonus if you’ve had luck with a specific grind size or brew time. Thanks!
