Ever take detours mid-route?
I was out on my bike ride tonight, supposed to take the usualroute back home, but I ended up seeing this tiny dirt path I'd nevernoticed before. So I veered off and took it, ended up riding through somepretty rough terrain for a bit. It was actually kind of exhilarating.Felt like I was exploring or something. Anyone else ever done this,where you just abandon your planned route and see where some random pathlets you? Like, is that a normal thing for cyclists to do, or am Ijust being reckless?
