Frustrated with instructor feedback
I just got out of a Pilates class and I'm still fuming. I've been taking classes at this studio for months and I've consistently gotten feedback that my form is off. Tonight, the instructor told me I was 'sinking' into my spine on the teaser. I've been working on that exact thing for weeks and I know I'm doing it wrong, but I've never gotten a clear explanation of what I'm doing wrong. It's like they expect me to magically know how to fix it. I've had enough of vague feedback. Either tell me what I'm doing wrong or show me how to fix it. Is anyone else having this problem with instructors?
