Help: Why does my Shimano Deore M350 derail in high gear after 4 hour rides?
so i just did a 1n tour on a 2024 deore m350 but during the second 2hrs, when i shift 12th cog to a high chainring, the chain falls off mid shift and i swear i'm in no danger rn anyone else see this, especially on a 25mm derailleur with a 7" short shifter?
i ran my 23mm front chainring and 44t rear at a 45kph pace. no drop shifters used. the shifter cables feel tight but no weird wobble. idk what i should tweak or if i gotta replace the entire lever.
just want to know if it’s a rare gearing mismatch or i’m just getting frustrated rn. if you got this, drop your fix or guess that i'm just over‑thinking it lol.
