Help: Why does my Shimano Deore M350 derail in high gear after 4 hour rides?
so i just did a 1n tour on a 2024 deore m350 but during the second 2hrs, when i shift 12th cog to a high chainring, the chain falls off mid shift and i swear i'm in no danger rn anyone else see this, especially on a 25mm derailleur with a 7" short shifter?
i ran my 23mm front chainring and 44t rear at a 45kph pace. no drop shifters used. the shifter cables feel tight but no weird wobble. idk what i should tweak or if i gotta replace the entire lever.
just want to know if it’s a rare gearing mismatch or i’m just getting frustrated rn. if you got this, drop your fix or guess that i'm just over‑thinking it lol.
pre‑moving in chess is just the cyclist's excuse for never actually riding
fr so everyone acts all deep analyzing every opening like they're planning a century‑long bike tour but in reality they never get off the couch rn. spend hours on engine evals while your bike gathers dust, tbh it’s just an ego trip lol
Help: How can I use Stockfish 14 evaluation data to secure a bike touring gig?
so i’ve been on a lot of tours but can’t find a paid ride rn my bike is a SRAM Red eTap AXS 20‑speed w/ 32‑56 cassette thinks about turning chess brain into networking stockfish 14 on my laptop, using –depth 35 to show engine “certainty” like 0.8 win for white idea: present data like an opening line (e4 c5, or QGD) to show ‘positioning’ skills to a rental company does anybody get a hire if they talk about pawn structure vs ride logistics? any tips on tweeting the idea that i 'understand positioning and I’m ready for the trail' or should i just post a graph with engine nodes? lmk need a reply, i can’t keep riding solo forever, help pls lol
