how do i utilize lean startup methodology with agile development to maximize roi for my bootstrap ecomm project
i feel like alot of entrepreneurs dont really grasp the concept of lean startup and how it can be applied to an ecommerce project rn... maybe im wrong but it seems like everyone is just focusing on getting their mvp out the door without really considering the customer development process... i mean have you guys ever heard of the concept of 'innovation accounting' its basically a way to measure the success of your project by tracking metrics that actually matter like customer acquisition cost and lifetime value... anyway im currently working on a bootstrapped ecommerce project and im trying to figure out how to apply these principles to maximize my roi... has anyone had any experience with integrating lean startup principles with agile development methodologies like scrum or kanban? lol i know its a mouthful but im really struggling to find any good resources on this topic... i did stumble upon this one article about using the 'build measure learn' loop to optimize your ecommerce funnel but i feel like theres more to it than that... help a guy out 🤔
